Línea de ayudas para personas en situación de vulnerabilidad en la ciudad.
Se trata de una línea de ayudas destinada a la rehabilitación para el arreglo del interior de viviendas para garantizar las condiciones de habitabilidad, seguridad, accesibilidad, higiene y eficiencia energética mínimas, mediante la realización de reformas básicas, de aquellas viviendas donde personas en situación vulnerable han constituido su residencia habitual y permanente.
• Arreglos en baños: Facilitar las actividades relacionadas con la higiene personal.
• Arreglos en cocinas: Mejorar las condiciones de seguridad para facilitar las actividades de la vida diaria que se lleven a cabo en la cocina.
• Arreglos generales: Adaptaciones en el entorno general del domicilio para mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad, de movilidad y de seguridad.
• Actuaciones complementarias; Mejora de la eficiencia energética de los domicilios.
• Actuaciones de adaptación funcional: conjunto de intervenciones para la mejora de la accesibilidad comunicativa en el interior de la vivienda.
Las cualidades de los acabados y elementos subvencionables serán estándares, no se subvencionarán acabados de alta calidad o gama, que se alejen de los estándares de la construcción para viviendas de protección oficial.
El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes terminará el 20 de diciembre de 2021.
